Cette aide est vers\u00e9e par P\u00f4le Emploi sous forme d\u2019un capital. Vous touchez <strong>la somme en deux fois <\/strong>:<strong>50% du montant total \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise<\/strong> puis l&#8217;autre moiti\u00e9 vous est vers\u00e9e 6 mois plus tard. Si vous optez pour l\u2019ARCE, vous ne serez plus inscrit en tant que <strong>demandeur d\u2019emploi. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019ARE ou Aide au Retour \u00e0 l\u2019Emploi <\/strong>vous permet de conserver un <strong>versement mensuel<\/strong> de votre allocation ch\u00f4mage tout en cr\u00e9ant votre entreprise. Ce montant est <strong>calcul\u00e9 en fonction des revenus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, si vous<strong> b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez d\u2019un revenu \u00e9gal ou sup\u00e9rieur<\/strong> au montant du salaire sur lequel vos droits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9s, vous n\u2019aurez plus droit aux allocations.<\/p>\n<p>Les premiers mois suivant une cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise sont en r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale peu r\u00e9mun\u00e9rateurs. Il peut s&#8217;agir de vos <strong>statuts ou du proc\u00e8s-verbal d\u2019assembl\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce justificatif vous permettra d\u2019obtenir rapidement le maintien int\u00e9gral de votre allocation ch\u00f4mage si vous ne touchez aucun revenu de votre entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les revenus d\u00e9gag\u00e9s par votre entreprise, P\u00f4le emploi recalcule d\u2019un mois \u00e0 l\u2019autre le <strong>montant de votre allocation ch\u00f4mage. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019ARE, vous devez<strong> actualiser votre situation chaque mois<\/strong> aupr\u00e8s de P\u00f4le emploi.
